Founded by ministry leaders, for ministry leaders, we understand the unique challenges and joys that come with serving in ministry. Our mission is to provide resources, encouragement, and community to help leaders thrive in their calling. Together, we aim to strengthen the foundation of ministry and foster a supportive environment for those who serve.
Our Story
Consilium Ministry Services was born out of a deep, personal understanding of the challenges faced by ministry leaders and their families. As ministry leaders ourselves, we’ve experienced the weight of responsibility, the quiet struggles, and the profound joys that come with shepherding a community. Yet, we also know that this journey can often feel isolating and overwhelming.
We started Consilium Ministry Services because we believe no one should walk this path alone. After seeing firsthand the impact of burnout, stress, and emotional strain on ministry leaders, we felt called to create a space where those who serve could find the support they need to continue in their calling. Our vision is to foster an environment where ministry leaders are equipped with resources, encouraged through connection, and strengthened by a community that understands their unique journey.
Our mission is simple but vital: to stand alongside ministry leaders and their families, offering practical help and a network of care. Through our programs, services, and support, we seek to build a foundation where leaders can thrive—both in their personal lives and their ministry work—so they can continue to impact others with confidence and renewed passion.
